Fundraiser Information

*You will choose 4-6 scents that your organization would like to sell.

*We will provide each seller with a baggie of samples of each scent, as well as an order form. Each baggie will cost $1.00 a piece and can be totaled and then taken off of the final profit at the end of the fundraiser.

*The 3 products primarily sold are a bag of 16 melts ($16), 16 oz mason jar candle ($18), and your choice of the double wick candle ($22) or the triple wick candle ($26). We also make car freshies ($10) if that would be something you are interested in as well.

If your organization has a tax id number then the division of profits will be:

*If your sales are under $2500, then it is a 60/40 split of the profits (40% going to your organization).

*If your sales are over $2500, then it is a 50/50 split of the profits.

If your organization does not have a tax id number, then the division of profits will be a 60/40 split regardless of sales (40% going to your organization).

*Generally, our fundraisers run for 2-3 weeks before we get the order forms back, but if you would like to sell the product for longer, we can work with you on that as well.

*All checks will be made out to your organization for the products. At the end of the selling period, you will collect all of the checks and cash collected. Depending on the amount of sales, you will just give us cash or write a check for the percentage of sales that we are owed and turn it in to us when you turn your order forms in.

*Our turn around will be 2-3 weeks and we will put each participants products sold in their own box/bag, so the seller can easily hand out the products when returned to you all.
